Datasets and project briefs
Use these smaller files for individual lessons or when you want to build the project from scratch.

Office move — Word project brief

Download Markdown ↓PowerPointMarkdown
Support review — presentation briefs

Practice guide and control totals
Import instructions, verified row counts and numeric answers for all shared datasets.
Download Markdown ↓Before you open a file
Save a copy before editing, especially when AutoSave is on. Import CSV through Excel’s import command so you can review dates, delimiters and text identifiers. Keep postal codes such as 02110 as text.
DOCX, XLSX and PPTX are editable Office files. Markdown files are text briefs. Formula separators and feature availability can differ by language, region and edition; see the compatibility guide for details.
What has been checked
We checked the files’ contents, formulas and stored results, editable chart data, document structure and rendered layouts. These checks do not establish that every feature works in every Microsoft 365 edition. Use the lesson’s result checks in your own app, including recalculation, table expansion and exported output.
The worked answers are examples, not a certification of your work. A chart based on ticket counts cannot prove faster responses. A file with a table of contents still needs its fields updated after you change the headings.

Checklists and Copilot prompts
Use the practice checklists before you send a document, share a workbook or present. If Copilot is available in your account, try a copyable prompt after you’ve completed the manual task.
