Learning Office through everyday tasks
About ZZGCopilot
An independent place to learn Word, Excel and PowerPoint through useful work.
What we teach
Our English courses cover the core topics in the Chinese ZZGCopilot guides, with original English workplace examples and English menu names. Start with file and editing basics, then move through analysis, collaboration and complete projects.
Each lesson gives you an objective, a concrete example, ordered steps, an independent exercise, expected results, troubleshooting and a short self-check. Approximate practice times are estimates, not promises about how quickly everyone learns.
How to check your work
Compare your document, workbook or presentation with the result checks. Compare row counts, formulas and control totals; inspect the PDF, chart or slideshow that you will deliver. A website quiz checks understanding and does not execute your Office app.
Shared practice files contain invented names and organizations. Their formats and control totals are described on the resources page. Advanced features such as DAX, VBA and recording still require the relevant Office version and local testing.
Platforms and sources
Examples normally follow English Microsoft 365 desktop menus on Windows. Mac and web capabilities differ, so each lesson includes a platform note and Microsoft documentation links. Copilot exercises are optional and depend on your account, license and organizational settings.
Illustrations are simplified teaching diagrams, not official screenshots. We revise content when concrete errors or software changes are identified. Please include the lesson URL, platform, version and observed result when reporting a correction.
